Cleared lot after a Spinells land clearing job
What we clear
A wooded building lot that needs to become a house site. The back half of a yard that grew in over the years. A strip along a driveway or a property line. A pool or barn site. If trees, brush, and stumps are in the way, we take them out.
How the job goes
Jesse walks the land with you on the estimate and marks what stays and what goes. The crew takes the trees down, chips the brush, and hauls the wood. Stumps get ground out so the ground can be worked.
Then the mini-excavator does the site prep: trenching, grading, and leveling so the lot is ready for the builder, the driveway, or the new lawn. If you want grass on it afterward, we hydroseed the cleared ground so it holds and greens up.
Who calls us for this
Homeowners taking back part of their property. People building a house, a garage, or a barn. Contractors who need a lot cleared before they start. We work in Wallingford, Meriden, Cheshire, North Haven, Hamden, Durham, Middletown, and the other towns on the list below.
