What we take down

Most of our calls are for trees that are dead, leaning, or too close to a roof, a driveway, or wires. If you are not sure whether a tree needs to come down, Jesse looks at it on the estimate and tells you straight.

How a removal goes

Jesse comes out, looks at the tree, and gives you a price on the spot. No charge for the estimate. On the day, the crew takes the tree down in sections. Trees with room around them come down with the truck-mounted grapple saw, which grabs each piece, cuts it, and moves it. Trees close to a house go out by crane or by a climber with ropes.

When the tree is on the ground we cut it up, chip the brush, and haul it off. You get a clean yard when we leave. The stump stays unless you ask us to grind it.

What it costs

Most jobs run $800 to $5,000. The price depends on the size of the tree, what is around it, and how hard it is to reach. You get the number up front, before any work starts.
